With there being so many beauty products on the market these days it is hard to know what to try. I’m personally new to the idea of lymphatic drainage, but as an all natural girl, it just makes sense! The way I see it, it is a three step process. First, you exfoliate your skin through dry brushing; makes sense, it is good to get rid of dead skin cells. Next, you shower to clean all that off. Finally, you use, basically, a massage tool with oil all over your body. I mean, who doesn’t want a full body massage?! I have only tried De La Heart’s kit a few times now, but I can say my skin feels softer and happier after the process. But don’t take it from me, we spoke to the pro herself, owner of De La Heart Giordana Vogel, to break down the lymphatic drainage process, all the nuances, and tell us a bit more about her business. Please read on!

Brazil is a diverse country, incorporating cultures from the most varied origins in its history and creative cuisine. If we think about how Brazilian gastronomy was developed, we can see segregation in historical influences. At first indigenous, then added to Portuguese (Portugal), African, and finally a blend of all migratory waves resulting in a unique gastronomic culture.
To bring a bit of the Brazilian diversity and maybe add new tastes to your day-to-day meal routine, I've decided to share the top three recipes that most represent Brazil, according to my Brazilian family and friends who participated in a poll. However, they did not know that those recipes, including dairy and meat, as mostly all renowned Brazilian dishes, would become Vegan.
The popular dishes included here start with the Brazilian Cheese Bread, usually eaten at breakfast or in a small afternoon break, followed by coffee. We then turn to Feijoada, a rich meal for lunchtime, and finally, we end at Brigadeiro, one of the top three candies in Brazil - if not the number one.

One may not be off-base when it comes to the understanding of intimacy, yet may still need to shift the perspective on what self-intimacy actually resembles. In amidst Covid fear, a calming and Meraki touch of intimacy in these anything-but-ordinary times leaves one with the only option of being as the sole and safest intimate partner. But sex is not the only type of intimacy one can root for. At the point when one considers intimacy, it is frequently considered as a sexual act only and thus generally viewed as equivalent. There are a few things one ought to have in their intimacy kit to help slay their life. Whether it’s learning to say no, feeling ok while being on their own, or walking away from a toxic situation.
Periods are painful and uncomfortable as it is, now add the stress of learning that some of the common period products you may be using may have high levels of toxic heavy metals like lead and arsenic in them. One shouldn’t have to worry about getting dangerous infections that can lead to toxic shock syndrome and cancer just from taking care of their monthly flow. Let’s also factor in the “pink tax” of how expensive it is to have to constantly buy these products over a lifetime… which also leads to how wasteful they are! But there is a solution!! There are an increasing number of sustainable period products out there that are safe for your body, cheaper (in the long run), much less wasteful for the planet, and it is rumored that using these products can often decrease cramps and maybe even the length of a period (of course there are no studies because no one studies women’s health). Sounds like wins all around to me! Let’s dive into some great options below!
