Please tell us about yourself.
I started off doing hair in New Jersey when I was 18. I then relocated to take my career to the next level at Cutler Salon in Soho, New York at the age of 23, I've been there for 6 years now.

I've worked with some amazing high profile clients such as Hailey Baldwin, Dorit Kemsley , Caroline Stanbury, and Laura brown.
Tell us about your latest product, Pearl Hair Oil and what is? What inspired you to make this product?
Pearl oil is a light weight serum that not only strengthens and hydrates, but also acts as a shield from the sun because of the UVA/UVB protection that I added. After coloring hair for years and having clients ask me what can I use that will protect my color and also put my hair in a better state, I wanted to come out with something that had multiple benefits for my clients.
I love that your product is natural ingredients, vegan friendly and made in the U.S.A. Please tell us how you sourced these ingredients.
I worked with a lab and chemists in Arizona that helped me develop the oil, I was sent over tons of samples of oils and backgrounds on what they do. So after doing my research on them we came up with this formula!
Do you have any other environmental friendly products in the works?
At the moment we have some ideas in place for a deep conditioning mask. But the oil is the main focus right now
Are you a vegetarian and/or vegan yourself?
I am not, little by little I see my self eating less meat though.
How do you apply the product to the hair? And, should you use it everyday?
You can use this product on wet or dry hair starting with one pump rubbing into your hands and then start applying from mid lengths to ends. Feel free to use everyday and even adding a pump into your conditioner and let sitting over night for a deep conditioning treatment.
I love the price of your product, you kept it really low at $28.00.
Well being made in the USA helped keeping shipping and manufacturing costs down. The idea was to make a luxe product at an affordable cost.
And you have it connected through Amazon, it’s very easy to purchase. How did you make that happen?
What we did was connected amazon pay right through the website which is an easy check out for costumers.
Do you have any celebrity clients that you work with and use your product? Yes all my clients that I've stated above plus all my clients that are top models in NY and all over the world have been using the product, it's really amazing to see how much they have loved it.
Have you received any press on Ryan Hair Oil? Yes we've been in Elle, Teen Vogue, and Cosmopolitan.
